Terms of Use

1. What Brido is
Brido is a marketplace where people buy and sell pre-loved bridal and wedding items in Pakistan. Brido provides the platform, the TRUST payment holding service, and support. The contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.
2. Listings
- Everything listed must be genuinely pre-owned or otherwise eligible under the category rules (for example boutique sample, display or end-of-season pieces). Brand-new full-price stock is not allowed.
- Photos must be real, yours, and unedited. Heavily edited, filtered or AI-generated photos are rejected, and repeated violations can suspend an account.
- Descriptions must be honest: brand, size, condition, how often the item was worn, and any defect must be stated.
- Every ad passes review before it goes live. Brido may reject or remove any ad at its discretion.
3. Offers and orders
- An accepted offer is a commitment: the item is reserved for the buyer, and the buyer must pay within 2 hours.
- Offers are valid for 24 hours per round, up to 5 rounds of negotiation.
- All payments must go through TRUST. Asking for, or making, payment outside Brido is a serious violation and removes TRUST protection from the deal.
4. TRUST payments
- Brido holds the buyer's payment until the buyer confirms delivery, or a dispute is decided by Brido support.
- Sellers must add packing photos and genuine courier tracking before an order counts as shipped.
- After delivery is confirmed, the payment is released to the seller 5 days after the order is completed, minus the seller commission current at the time of the sale. Buyers are never charged a fee.
- If a payment proof is rejected, the buyer may submit it again correctly within the time given on the order.
5. Commission and delivery
- The seller pays the commission set in Brido's policy at the time of the sale. Buyers are never charged a fee.
- Delivery charges are separate and are always shown on the order before payment.
6. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to use Brido.
- You need a verified identity to sell beyond your first listing. Keep your account details truthful and your sign-in secure.
- Your account is yours alone — do not share it with anyone else. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- You may delete your account at any time, provided no order is active, no money is being held for you, and no withdrawal is pending.
7. Prohibited conduct
Counterfeit or stolen goods, fraud, fake listings, off-platform payment demands, harassment or abuse can lead to warnings, listing removal or account suspension without notice.
8. Liability
Brido works hard to keep the marketplace safe, but items are sold by independent sellers. Our TRUST holding, review and support processes are the protection offered for every order paid through Brido; deals arranged outside TRUST are entirely at your own risk.
9. Rentals
- Rental orders require a full-price deposit from the delivery day.
- Up to Rs 5,000 may be deducted from the deposit for damage to the rented item.
10. Stay on Brido
Keep all contact on Brido. Sharing phone numbers, WhatsApp details or social handles to move a deal off Brido is not allowed, and deals arranged outside TRUST lose all TRUST protection.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as Brido grows. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page, and the date above will change.
12. Contact
