How TRUST Works
Your money stays protected until your order is in your hands.
On Brido, you never pay a stranger directly. Every payment goes through TRUST: Brido holds the money safely, the seller ships your order, and the money is released only after you confirm delivery. If anything goes wrong along the way, your money is not lost.
Step by step
- 1. Offer accepted. You and the seller agree a price in chat. The dress is reserved for you.
- 2. You pay Brido, not the seller. Within 2 hours, transfer the amount to Brido's official JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account shown on the payment page, and upload your receipt.
- 3. Brido verifies your payment. Our team confirms your receipt, usually within 30 minutes during support hours (2pm–12am). The seller is told to start packing.
- 4. The seller packs, with photos. The seller must upload packing photos before dispatch, so you can see exactly what went into the parcel.
- 5. Your order ships with tracking. You get the courier name and tracking number and can follow the whole journey in Track Order.
- 6. You confirm delivery. Check the item when it arrives, then tap Confirm Delivery. Only then does the release clock start.
- 7. The seller is paid. 5 days after the order is completed, the money is released to the seller's Brido wallet, minus any seller commission shown in the app. Buyers are never charged a fee.
What TRUST protects you from
- Sellers who take money and never ship — they are never paid before delivery.
- Advance-payment scams — there is no reason to ever pay outside Brido.
- Wrong or badly misrepresented items — report the problem from your order before confirming delivery, and our team steps in.
The golden rule
If anyone asks you to pay them directly "to save time" or "to avoid the wait", that is a scam attempt, every time. Report it in chat and let TRUST do its job.
